ブルックリンに拠点を持つデザインスタジオWORKSTEAD。 彼らは、無骨で細部にこだわったプロダクトをつくる。

そして、それは使う程によくわかるのだ。 素材の質量や形、組み合わせのバランス、絶妙なサイジングは、彼らが周辺環境を捉えたうえでデザインをしているのだと。

設置し、人が使い、周りの空間と関係を結ぶことで、はじめて作用するWORKSTEADの作品たち。 それは、彼らだけが見渡すことのできる風景の賜物だ。

日本で初めてお披露目するオービットコレクションを中心に、照明、家具、アクセサリーへと広がる世界をおたのしみください。

Workstead

Based in Brooklyn, the design studio Workstead produces items which are both rugged and detailed. The more you use Workstead’s products, the more you will appreciate how they have been designed in association with their surroundings. The shape, weight, size, and combination of material have all been carefully considered.

Workstead's products start truly functioning once they have been installed and are in use. They connect with their surroundings, creating unique and impressive scenes.

For the first time in Japan, the Brooklyn-based brand will showcase their Orbit collection, which consists of lighting products, furniture, and accessories. We are delighted to be hosting Workstead's “A Perspective” exhibition at Cibone.

We have invited Workstead designers Stefanie Brechbuehler and Robert Abdrew Highsmith to join us. We are very happy to announce that a reception party will be held for the “A Perspective" exhibition.

Gallery tour
