昨年大好評だった、山形県寒河江市にてファクトリーブランド“BATONER”を手掛けるニットメーカー奥山メリヤスとCIBONEオリジナルレーベル“Ōnnod”が共作したアップサイクルストールがアップデートされて今年も登場します。

縫製工場の裁断くず等を専用の機械で再びワタ状に戻す【反毛】という工程を経て再生された原料と紡績する際にでる、いわゆる"Ochiwata"(落ち綿)を集め選別された原料を使用して、再び糸に仕上げ生まれたストールです。完全にリサイクル原料を使い、縮絨を柔らかく仕上げ、少し長めに仕上げることにより、性別やシーンわ問わず様々なアレンジを楽しめるシンプルなストールが生まれました。

今年はさらに強く縮絨（しゅくじゅう）をかけることで、「ふわっ」と柔らかい表情に仕上がりました。完全にリサイクル原料を使い、少し長めに仕上げることにより、性別やシーンを問わず様々なアレンジを楽しめるシンプルなストールが生まれました。ホリデーシーズンのギフトにもおすすめです。

Following the success of last year’s collaboration, CIBONE’s original label Ōnnod and Yamagata-based knitwear manufacturer Okuyama Meriyasu, known for their brand BATONER, have updated their upcycled stoles for this year. This special collection will be available from November 23 at all CIBONE locations.

The stoles are made using an upcycling process called “Hanmou”, where fabric scraps from sewing factories are turned back into fiber. Additionally, they utilize selected “Ochiwata” (leftover cotton) that is collected during the spinning process. These materials are then transformed into new yarn, resulting in a fully recycled stole. The fabric is gently felted for a soft finish, and the stoles are made slightly longer, allowing for versatile styling that suits any gender or occasion.

This year’s version features an even fluffier texture, making it an ideal gift for the holiday season.
