e15よりデイヴィッドチッパーフィールドとのコラボレーションの新作、無垢材のテーブルが入荷しました。

直線のフォルムが強調された、一見どこか日本らしさ(和)を感じさせるこのシリーズ。
もとはデイヴィッドチッパーフィールドが2009年に着工したイギリスの建築プロジェクトの為に考えられたプロダクト。
イギリスの中でも有数の森林地帯に建てられたその建築のなかで、森林と寄り添うようにとイメージされデザインされたものです。

We now stock a new solid wood table from the e15 and David Chipperfield collaboration. This product series emphasizes the straight-line shape and has been designed with a Japanese touch (Wa).

The concept of this new table emerged from a British architectural project which Chipperfield worked on in 2009. For this project, a building was constructed in a prominent UK woodland. The table has been designed in such a way that it integrates well in the building and harmonizes with the surrounding forest.
