オフリスは、テレビ局のAD、広告代理店、ヴィンテージトイの買い付けなどを経て、現在は某ブランドの運営管理を手掛けているMasayoshi Watanabe、大手セレクトショップのバイヤー、ディレクターとして様々なブランドの立ち上げに参画しているNorimitsu Ueta、オンラインセレクトショップを運営するKeito Aonoら、アメリカンカルチャーや古着、グラフィックに精通する3人が設立。「1980〜2000年代を舞台にした架空のアメリカ総合商社から販売された製品やサービスのプロモーションTシャツ」をコンセプトに、あくまで販促物として社員に配布されていたようなデザインに焦点を当てたアイテムを展開していくという。

デビューコレクションでは、コンピューターや通信関連のテクノロジー製品をフィーチャー。オフリス製パソコンの10万台販売を記念して作られたTシャツや、ラップトップのプロモーションTシャツ、新製品発表会の際に作られたTシャツなど、が登場する。

Ophrys was founded by three individuals highly knowledgeable about American culture, vintage clothing, and graphics: Masayoshi Watanabe, who, after working as a TV station AD, advertising agency professional, and vintage toy buyer, is currently managing a certain brand; Norimitsu Ueta, who has participated in the launch of various brands as a buyer and director at a major select shop; and Keito Aono, who runs an online select shop. The brand's concept is "promotional T-shirts from an imaginary American trading company set in the 1980s-2000s," focusing on designs that were distributed to employees as promotional items.

The debut collection features technology-related products, including T-shirts commemorating the sale of 100,000 Ophrys computers, promotional T-shirts for laptops, and T-shirts made for new product launches.
